Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase (for pick up items only) or package delivery. For delivery items please contact me within 7 days of the package’s delivery to initiate the return. Once approved, items must be shipped back to MBT MODE within 7 days of approval.

Condition
Items must be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Items returned without tags or showing signs of wear will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Store Credit
All eligible returns are issued as store credit, delivered via email as a gift code. We don't currently offer refunds to original payment for change-of-mind returns.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and must use insured Priority Mail. (If you choose not to insure your package and the package gets lost/damaged MBT MODE will not be able to issue store credit.

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll cover return shipping and make it right — just contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery.

Final Sale
Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
